to_db

DataFrame.to_db(table_name, conn=None)

Writes the underlying data into a newly created table in the database.

Args:

table_name (str):

Name of the table to be created.

If a table of that name already exists, it will be replaced.

conn (Connection, optional): The database connection to be used.

If you don’t explicitly pass a connection, the engine will use the default connection.

Raises:

TypeError: If any of the input arguments is of wrong type.
